About the Internship
As an intern at Novax, you will work full-time (around 20 weeks) closely with Novax’s investment operations while also assisting in the follow-up of our existing investments. The tasks are diverse and include everything from data collection, market analysis, company analysis, and valuation to the preparation of decision-making materials. To succeed in the role, you need strong analytical and communication skills, combined with commercial acumen and an interest in investments and business development. You should be structured, thorough, and proactive. Social adaptability, sound judgment, and trustworthiness are also essential.
Candidate Profile:
- Currently studying an MSc or final year of a BSc with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or broader Management (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management)
- Strong interest in investment activities
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of company valuation
- Open, humble, and unpretentious with personal maturity
- Socially skilled, trustworthy, and responsible
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Professional proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage
