Carl Johan has been working at Novax since 2023. Carl Johan has a broad background as CFO and has worked in listed and unlisted companies, both with an international focus and with a focus on the Swedish market. Before Carl Johan joined Novax, he was CFO for Instabee, where he participated in the merger of Budbee and Instabox and Porterbuddy, and before that CFO at Hemnet and Sdiptech, where he was involved in the companies’ listing processes, among other things.
